Dr Colleen Dy completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Alberta in 2005. She had further training and accreditation with the North American Menopause Society. Currently, she has an office-based practice located in Surrey and North Vancouver. She is also a member of Health Promotion at the Doctors of B.C. She enjoys teaching residents and students as a clinical instructor for UBC. Mother of two children, age 6 and 8. Enjoys textile art in her free time

Lysa Leong earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia in 2012 and became a Certified Diabetes Educator in 2014. She currently practices as a pharmacist at BioPro Biologics Pharmacy, focusing on the management of autoimmune conditions, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, osteoporosis and use of medical cannabis to help manage pain. In addition to her clinical work, Lysa is a Clinical Instructor with the UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and a study pharmacist for a UBC clinical trial investigating the use of low-carbohydrate, low-calorie diets to induce remission in type 2 diabetes. Outside of her professional roles, she shares evidence-based insights on chronic disease management through social media as @thecheerfulpharmacist. Emily is a pharmacist experienced in delivering individualized patient care and complex medication management. She is passionate about advancing pharmacy practice through evidence-based care, collaboration, and innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes. Currently, she works in addictions at Vancouver Coastal Health, with a primary care team focused in OAT, medication management, and minimizing barriers to access to care.

Dr. Harry Liu is a dual board-certified dermatologist in Canada and the United States. He is also the co-founder of the CLEAR (Collaborative Liaison in Eczema and Atopic Relief) Clinic, providing multidisciplinary care for patients with atopy and Type 2 inflammation in British Columbia. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Alberta. He has pursued additional advanced medical training in the United States, China, and South Korea, learning from globally renowned experts in vitiligo, alopecia areata, hidradenitis suppurativa, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. With over 40 peer-reviewed publications in international journals, his special interests include atopic dermatitis and pigmentary disorders, with a particular focus on skin of colour.

Alan has a devoted interest in patient-centred care and interprofessional collaboration. Alan has practiced in many areas including hospital pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, academia, research, community pharmacy and patient advocacy. He works with health professionals in the hospital and community to overcome medication-related issues including offering dermatological and skin health consultations with patients. Working with a variety of stakeholders in health, he strives to develop solutions to close gaps in health care so that patients achieve optimal health outcomes and improved quality of life. As an advocate for patients and patient-centred care, Alan trains and educates healthcare students and patients on many therapeutic topics including dermatology. He has been an invited presenter at regional, national and international meetings as well as authored books and many scientific publications.  

Dr. Hana Rahili is a pharmacist, entrepreneur, and co-founder & CEO of Xpress Select - a Canadian digital-health startup transforming community pharmacies into modern health access points. Through her work, Hana empowers pharmacists to provide faster, more personalized care by integrating technology for minor ailments, OTC and vaccine recommendations.

A graduate of the University of British Columbia’s PharmD program, Hana has been recognized across Canada’s innovation ecosystem, participating in incubators such as NEXT Canada, and UBC Innovation. Her mission is to modernize pharmacy practice and expand pharmacists’ role in reducing avoidable ER visits through pharmacist-led care and technology-driven collaboration."

Garrett Tang is a Doctor of Pharmacy graduate from the University of British Columbia (2021) with specialized experience in rheumatology, advanced therapies, and clinical collaborative care. He currently works as a clinical pharmacist at Medinfuse Health and Wellness and at BioPro Biologics Pharmacy, where he collaborates with cardiologists, rheumatologists, geriatricians, and many other specialists. Garrett has contributed to research projects spanning ICU delirium management, transplant medication adherence, and cannabis education in pharmacy schools. In addition, he has authored continuing education modules and patient resources for organizations such as Pear Healthcare Solutions, Arthritis Canada, and the GI Society, including two CE modules on psoriatic arthritis.
